The 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR Kit is designed for identifying 4 Aspergillus species of A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, and A. terreus in a single PCR reaction using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and probe fluorescence labels. The detection of target DNA confirms ingredient authenticity and prevents food fraud, ethical issues, or health concerns. The 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR Kit includes Aspergillus positive and negative controls, PCR internal controls labeled with HEX, a qPCR super mix, and the primer-probe mix in which the probe has been labeled with FAM for Aspergillus. These aid in a straightforward interpretation of the results.
Applications:Detect Aspergillus-derived DNA in plants, cannabis, cannabis ingredients, grains, food, and animal feed
Key Features:- High sensitivity and specificity for all 4 Aspergillus species
- High efficiency: the optimal systemic conditions for PCR amplifications.
- Streamlined protocol: Just add DNA template and water.
- No cross reactivity with other species.

Wader Lee –
4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR Kit is quite efficient for our food samples and cannabis, hemp samples test.
And low cost compared with other similar product.
We used day by day and like it very much.

This 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR kit is efficient and provides accurate results when testing our cannabis and hemp samples. It is used almost everyday in our lab and is very selective for these 4 aspergillus species so that no other different aspergillus species are interfering.
