The 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR Kit is designed for identifying 4 Aspergillus species of A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, and A. terreus in a single PCR reaction using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and probe fluorescence labels. The detection of target DNA confirms ingredient authenticity and prevents food fraud, ethical issues, or health concerns. The 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR Kit includes Aspergillus positive and negative controls, PCR internal controls labeled with HEX, a qPCR super mix, and the primer-probe mix in which the probe has been labeled with FAM for Aspergillus. These aid in a straightforward interpretation of the results.

   This 4-in-1 Aspergillus qPCR kit is efficient and provides accurate results when testing our cannabis and hemp samples. It is used almost everyday in our lab and is very selective for these 4 aspergillus species so that no other different aspergillus species are interfering.
