Introduction

Dispersive SPE (dSPE), often referred to as the “QuEChERS” method (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe). It is a sample prep technique that has become popular in the areas of multi-residue pesticide analysis in food and agricultural products. It is used for the cleanup in sample preparation process.

Tribioscience’s Fast Cleanup SPE-CB is a modified QuEChERS method containing a mixture of MgSO4, primary secondary amine (PSA), and Carbon Black (CB) in 2mL tube or 15mL tube.

Application

It is used for cleanup of complicated matrix, including tea, herbs, cannabis, hemps, other food samples for pesticide residue analysis in GC-MS, LC-MS analysis processing. It is based on the methods of AOAC2007.01.
